Skull Games at SANS OSINT Summit 2024

We’re proud to have been part of another Skull Games event, this time at the SANS OSINT Summit 2024.   

In just under two hours on day one of the Summit, participants were able to piece together the identities of three people that Skull Games organisers believe are being sex trafficked.  

Skull Games Director of Intelligence, Michal Block, applauded the community effort – a great outcome for Skull Games’ first capture the flag-style event.   

Chris Poulter, OSINT Combine Founder and CEO (who had presented at the Summit earlier in the day) said “Skull Games events are always incredible to witness. Watching the work unfold in such a short amount of time at the SANS OSINT Summit was a testament to the skills and hearts of the OSINT community”. 

OSINT Combine’s Tabitha Phalin said “I never tire of working with the Skull Games team - it was an honor to serve as a Skull Games team leader in this event.” Serving as team leader meant that Tabitha was a mentor and guide to teams as they took part in the activities.

Skull Games events help combat sex trafficking by gathering open-source intelligence professionals to tackle real-world problems. Participants are invited to use their skills to help identify victims and perpetrators of sexual exploitation, and other Persons of Interest.
